ShiftGarden shows restaurant staff their work schedule. This page says what we keep and why.
What we keep
Your name, your role, your shifts and time off requests. If your manager adds them, your email address and phone number. A hashed sign-in code. We do not keep your password because we do not use passwords.
Who sees it
Your managers see the full schedule. Staff see the published week. Anyone with the poster link or QR code can see the published week and the names on it, so keep the poster at work.
What we do not do
We do not sell your information. We do not show ads. We do not track you across other sites.
Your choices
Ask your manager to correct or remove your information. Removing a person keeps past shifts in the history so the records stay accurate.
Cookies
One cookie keeps you signed in for 30 days. You can sign out at any time.
